Fraudulent Correspondence Purportedly from Department of Health Investigative Services
It has been brought to our attention that someone has been sending out fraudulent letters to pharmacies claiming to be from the Department of Health’s Investigative Services. These forgeries are of poor quality and should be easy to detect.
However, to better help you identify them, below is a redacted example of one of these letters followed by a list of its flaws.
